About Me

I am a fully qualified and accredited psychotherapist with a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in London. Originally from the USA, I have worked in the field of mental health for over 20 years with children, families, adults, as a researcher, lecturer, and group facilitator at the CCPE.

My therapy approach is integrative and transpersonal, which means I draw from a variety of approaches to support the healing process for each person as an individual. I take a holistic perspective to the challenges we face in life and that a crisis can often be an opportunity for understanding ourselves more deeply. By working at depth and getting to know the whole self - mind, body and spirit - we can find greater meaning and purpose in our day-to-day existence. I have a particular interest in Jungian psychotherapy, spirituality, nature and embodiment.

I am registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I participate in ongoing training and supervision. I am committed to offering an inclusive practice that supports all ethnicities, cultural backgrounds, religious preferences, physical abilities, sexual orientations and gender identities. I abide by the ethical framework of UKCP and keep all client communication and details confidential.
