Life is an ongoing journey of self discovery to find meaning and it can help to have someone to walk alongside us through the challenging parts. I offer a confidential space of care and support where you can express your deepest pains, fears, joys, and hopes.

I meet with people from all walks of life and welcome whatever you are seeking help with such as anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationships, addiction, family and parenting, work stress or burnout, identity and self-esteem, spirituality or psychedelic integration. I have specialist training in supporting individuals who experienced trauma in their childhood (including emotional, physical and sexual abuse.)

I know it can require great courage to reach out for help, address the past and look forwards. It’s my honour to help you feel heard and understood through our time together no matter what brings you to therapy or where you are on your journey.
